Conditions for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Inconsistency with description: If the content of the provided AI tools or educational materials differs significantly from the program stated on nimb-netx.org at the time of purchase.
- Technical malfunctions: In case of critical issues within our advanced digital infrastructure that make learning or using the practices impossible, provided they were not resolved by our team within a reasonable timeframe.
- Cooling-off period (Widerrufsrecht): In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from platform access within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment, provided you have not yet begun active use of the materials (see "Exceptions" section).
Refund Request Procedure

- Provide your details: name, the email used during registration, and the name of the selected program or access level.
- Describe the reason for your request. This helps us improve our AI tools for real-world tasks.
- Our support team will review your request as a priority and provide further instructions.
Timeline and Refund Method
Once a request is approved, the refund is processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original transaction (to the same bank card or account). While we guarantee transparency, the actual time it takes for the funds to appear depends on the regulations of your bank in Germany or another EU country.
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund cannot be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The user has accessed and completed more than 50% of the practical materials or downloaded the platform's private databases.
- The inability to learn is due to technical problems on the user's side (incompatible software or lack of internet connection). A fast and easy start is guaranteed only if minimum technical requirements are met.
- The community rules or platform terms of service have been violated.
